Terms & Conditions
Effective date: January 20th, 2022
I agree that:
- There are no refunds on purchases, unless an agreement is made directly with Yemoja Sadé.
- Information shared by participants in any programming is private and not to be shared by any member of the group.
- All teaching materials (slides, videos, workbooks) are protected by copyright law. They cannot be reproduced or shared with others who are not in the group. Individuals who violate this clause will be in breach of this agreement, which may be dealt with under the full scope of the law.
- Yemoja Sadé, LLC prioritizes the safety, wellness and spiritual development of persons of African descent. I acknowledge that I am a person of African descent when making purchases on this site. If it is determined that I am engaging in material in an unethical fashion, I understand that Yemoja Sadé reserves the right to rescind my participation in any event or course and I forfeit my right for a refund.
- Spaces created by Yemoja Sadé are considered sacred. This means that some information provided to you can not be shared with others outside of the group. By completing your purchase you affirm and agree to this understanding.
- Attendance at events created by Yemoja Sadé or engagement in any courses or memberships facilitated by her, do not constitute an ongoing working relationship unless otherwise noted in a separate agreement.
- Although Yemoja Sadé does not believe in imposing binding long standing contracts on those who partake in her membership programs, you agree to give 30 days notice in writing to (see below email) should you decide to end your participation in a membership group. You also acknowledge that there is no guarantee that you will be readmitted, should you decide to resume your membership.
- To pay all fees associated with my participation as noted in the advertisement for the service. If I have entered into payment plan agreement, I acknowledge that failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in not being able to attend group sessions until payment is rendered or a new agreement is reached.
- Should I be dissatisfied with any part of the service, I agree to speak with the facilitator to seek guidance on remediation before seeking other means of support.
